Instructions:

Step 1

Bake and cool cake. Ice wheels, tongue and background areas smooth. Pipe tip 1A dot wheel centers; flatten and smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch. Use tip 3 to outline tongue and pipe bead flower with dot center on axles. Pipe in heel and platform with tip 12.

Step 2

Cover skate with tip 18 stars. Pipe tip 8 bow, tails and laces. Pipe tip 12 dot buttons; flatten and smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch.

Step 3

Pipe tip 3 pull-out pompoms in alternating colors. Print tip 6 name.

*Combine Violet with Rose for violet shades shown.
