Each cookie pop serves 1.
Tools:
- Mixer and bowl
- Scissors
- Waxed paper

Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare icing following instructions.
Step 2
Place one orange cookie face down and ice top with green icing as thick as stick.
Step 3
Position stick.
Step 4
Position second orange cookie on top.
Step 5
Outline mouth, nose and backgrounds of eyes with black icing (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch).
Step 6
Attach eyeball icing decorations for eyes.
Step 7
Decorate zigzag hair with green icing.
