*To achieve violet shade, add pink icing color to violet.
Using stiffened buttercream or royal icing, make 6 tip 103 roses with tip 10 bases
and 3 tip 103 buds in violet. Also make 3 tip 104 roses with tip 12 bases and
10 tip 103 buds in creamy peach. Let dry.
Ice sides and top of one-layer cake smooth. Ice 5 lacy hearts and position firmly
on top straight edge of cake. Cover cake top and lacy hearts with tip 1
sotas. Pipe tip 127 ruffle on edge of hearts. Top ruffle with
tip 16 shell border.
Position pearl beading on top of cake. Edge bottom border with tip 21 shells.
Place flower spike into top of cake for umbrella tip.
Wrap pearls and ribbon around dowel rod, add bow at bottom. (Secure trims with
glue gun). Push into sides of cake.
Write tip 3 message. Position roses and buds. Add tip 352 leaves.
**Remove pearls before serving.
