Step 1

Prepare cookie dough. Press into pan cavities. Bake and cool cookies following recipe directions.

Use thinned green icing in a cut parchment bag to fill in skirt; sprinkle immediately with green sugar. Let set.

Step 3

Use thinned red icing in a cut parchment bag to fill in shirt and feet; sprinkle immediately with red sugar. Let set.

Step 4

Use thinned copper icing in a cut parchment bag to pipe in face and hands; let set.

Step 5

Use full-strength brown icing in parchment bag fitted with tip 2 to pipe outline hair.

Step 6

Use full-strength red icing in parchment bag fitted with tip 2 to outline mouth.

Step 7

Use full-strength light red icing in parchment bag fitted with tip 2 to pipe dot cheeks (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch.)

Step 8

Use full-strength black icing in parchment bag fitted with tip 2 to pipe dot eyes and pull-out eyelashes.
