Shamrock Shimmer Gelatin
Two-tone shamrock gelatin treats are easy to make. Use the Shamrock Singles Mold, packaged lime gelatin mix and whipped topping.
Ingredients:
- 2 ( 3 ounce) pkgs Lime Gelatin Mix
- 8 ounces frozen non-dairy whipped topping thawed
Makes:
Each gelatin shamrock serves 1.
Instructions:
Step 1
Lightly oil mold with vegetable oil. Separately mix each gelatin package.
Step 2
Mix one gelatin package according to package directions, pour into mold and refrigerate until set.
Step 3
Mix second gelatin with 1 1/4 cup boiling water; chill until thickened.
Step 4
Add 1 cup whipped topping; stir until blended. Pour on top of first layer in mold.
Step 5
Refrigerate 30 to 60 minutes until set. Unmold.
