Ingredients:

  • 2 ( 3 ounce) pkgs Lime Gelatin Mix
  • 8 ounces frozen non-dairy whipped topping thawed

Makes: Each gelatin shamrock serves 1.


instructions

Lightly oil mold with vegetable oil. Separately mix each gelatin package.

Mix one gelatin package according to package directions, pour into mold and refrigerate until set.

Mix second gelatin with 1 1/4 cup boiling water; chill until thickened.

Add 1 cup whipped topping; stir until blended. Pour on top of first layer in mold.

Refrigerate 30 to 60 minutes until set. Unmold.
