Instructions:
Step 1
Sandwich two mini ball cakes together with icing.
Step 2
Cover with tip 18 stars; immediately position gumball eyes.
Step 3
Trim sugar cone down to size; position for hat.
Step 4
Cover cone with tip 16 stars; add tip 16 pull-out star fringe to top.
Step 5
Pipe tip 4 dot pupils and string mouth. Pipe eight tip 18 c-motion legs.
