Prepare mousse following recipe instructions; refrigerate until firm; unmold.
Use tip 3 and whipped icing mix to decorate as follows: pipe whites of eyes; use icing tinted black to pipe in pupils, nose, eyebrows and inside of mouth; use icing tinted peach to pipe in tongue and inside ears; use icing tinted teal to pipe in collar; outline tag in yellow and fill in with blue then overpipe initials in yellow.
