Scooby-Doo!™ Brownie


Step 1

Baking Instructions for Cakes and Brownies:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Using pastry brush, grease inside of pan cavities with solid vegetable shortening, vegetable pan spray, or use Wilton Cake Release.

Step 2

Do not use butter, margarine or liquid vegetable oil. Spread shortening so that all indentations are covered.

Step 3

Sprinkle flour into cavities, shake to cover all greased surfaces and remove excess flour.
Prepare mix; pour 1/3 cup batter into each cavity in pan. Bake on middle rack of oven for 15-20 minutes.

Step 4

Cool approx. 10-15 minutes and trim so cakes sit level. Unmold cakes and cool 30 minutes before decorating.

Step 5

Use tip 3 to outline ears, neck, mouth, chin, collar and tag in black.

Step 6

Pipe-in whites of eyes with tip 3. Use tip 3 to pipe-in pupils, eyebrows, nose and inside mouth in black; tongue and inside ears in peach; collar in teal; tag in yellow and teal.
Print tip 3 Scooby-Doo's initials on tag in yellow.
