Instructions:

Step 1

Bake and cool cupcakes.

Step 2

Ice cupcakes smooth with spatula.

Step 3

Pipe in tip 12 eyeballs and tip 5 pupils.

Step 4

Pipe tip 2 outline bloodshot eyes.

Step 5

Position cupcakes on Dessert Stand.
