Prepare cheesecake according to recipe; reserve 3/4 cup of mixture.
Tint reserved
mixture 1/4 cup each: green, brown and orange.
Pour prepared cheesecake into pan.
Individually spoon green, brown and orange-tinted reserved mixture on top
and swirl with spatula.
Refrigerate to set; cut leaves.
