A fun individual cake shaped in Santa’s signature cap!

Instructions:

Step 1

Bake cake 1 1/2 in. deep in sheet pan and cool.

Step 2

Use Santa Hat cutter to cut desired amount of cakes.

Step 3

Place cakes on cooling grid positioned over cookie sheet. Cover cake with melted red candy; let set.

Step 4

Mix coconut with melted white candy. Position mixture for pom pom and trim on hat brim; let dry.
