Bake and cool cupcakes in silicone cups placed on cookie sheet; ice smooth in white.

Using melted white and red candy and painting method from mold label, mold Santa lollipops (combine red with a little white candy to make skin tone for face).

Step 4

Refrigerate until firm and unmold. Using melted light cocoa candy in cut parchment bag, pipe dot eyes; let set.

Step 5

Pipe tip 2 outline ribbons and bows on sugar cubes in blue, yellow, red and pink buttercream.

Step 6

Trim end of lollipop stick to extend 1 1/2 in. from Santa; insert in cupcake.

Step 7

Pipe tip 10 outline arms in red; add tip 5 ball mittens with pull-out thumbs in green. Pipe tip 2 zigzag cuffs.

Step 8

Position gifts.
