Each cookie serves 1.
Roll out prepared cookie dough 1/8 in. thick and cut with Santa cutter. Bake and cool.
Prepare Color Flow icing according to package instructions. Tint portions copper, dark Kelly green, light Leaf green, brown, black and reserve some white.
Use tip 2 and full-strength copper icing in parchment bag to outline elf’s face. Use tip 3 and thinned copper icing to fill in face. Let dry.
Use tip 2 and full-strength dark green icing in parchment bag to outline line hat. Use tip 2 and thinned dark green icing to fill in hat. Immediately use tip 2 and thinned dark green icing to pipe stripes. Let dry.
Use full-strength white icing with parchment bag fitted with tip 3 to pipe white trim on hat.
Use tip 3 and full-strength copper icing to pipe ears and nose. Use tip 1 and full-strength black icing to outline and pipe in mouth and eyes.
Use tip 2 and full-strength brown icing to outline eyebrows, hair curl and hair over ears. Let dry.
