In advance: Make antlers. For each antler, cut an f-shaped piece from right or left of center of pretzel twist using a sawing motion and a serrated knife held at an angle. Cut a smaller piece from remaining pretzel. Position larger piece on waxed paper, then attach smaller piece on left side with melted candy. Chill until firm.
Bake and cool mini stocking cake. Turn cuff end down and ice smooth for collar. Pipe tip 3 dot eye and outline mouth. Pipe tip 8 dot nose. Cover reindeer with tip 16 stars. Add tip 12 pull-out ear. Pipe in inner ear with tip 3. Attach yellow candy-coated chocolates to collar with dots of icing. Insert antlers.
