Instructions:
Step 1
Tint a portion of dough copper; roll out and use largest circle cutter from set to cut head. Roll out plain dough and use Santa hat cutter to cut hat. Bake and cool cookies.
Step 2
Attach hat cookie to top of circle leaving 2 in. uncovered for face. Use tip 2 and black royal icing to pipe eyes and mouth.
Step 3
Use tip 2 and white royal icing to pipe eyebrows.
Step 4
Use tip 6 and white royal icing to pipe beard and mustache.
Step 5
Use tip 6 and pink (use a small amount of red) royal icing to pipe ball nose.
Step 6
Ice top of hat smooth with spatula and red royal icing. Add tip 6 white royal icing fur on band and pom pom.
