Salsa Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 package cream cheese , softened (8 oz.)
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar or Colby Jack cheese (about 8 oz.)
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)

Makes: About 2 1/2 cups.


instructions

In large bowl, beat together cream cheese, salsa, shredded cheese and chili powder with electric mixer. Chill several hours or overnight. Serve in bread bowl.
