Salsa Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 package cream cheese , softened (8 oz.)
- 1 cup Salsa
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar or Colby Jack cheese (about 8 oz.)
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
Makes:
About 2 1/2 cups.
Instructions:
Step 1
In large bowl, beat together cream cheese, salsa, shredded cheese and chili powder with electric mixer. Chill several hours or overnight. Serve in bread bowl.
