Salsa Cheese Dip
1 package cream cheese , softened (8 oz.)
1 cup Salsa
2 cups shredded Cheddar or Colby Jack cheese (about 8 oz.)
1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
About 2 1/2 cups.
In large bowl, beat together cream cheese, salsa, shredded cheese and chili powder with electric mixer. Chill several hours or overnight. Serve in bread bowl.
