Ingredients:
- 2 pkgs (18 ounces each) sugar cookie dough refrigerated
- 1 jar (7 1/2 ounces) Marshmallow cream
- Light Cocoa Candy Melts® or Dark Cocoa Candy Melts®, chopped
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Yellow Candy Melts® for decorating
Makes: Cookie serves 8-10.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray T-Shirt Pan with vegetable pan spray.
Pat 1 package of cookie dough into bottom of T-Shirt Pan.
Heat uncovered jar of
marshmallow cream in microwave for 30 seconds on high power. Spread over cookie
dough.
Top with chopped Candy Melts® and caramel sauce. Sprinkle graham cracker
crumbs on top, covering entire surface.
Gently pat second package of cookie dough
on top of graham cracker crumbs. Bake 25-30 minute or until golden brown. Cool
5 minutes in pan.
Gently loosen sides. Remove from T-Shirt Pan to cooling
rack and allow to cool completely before decorating.
To decorate:
Melt 1-1/2 bags of the Light or Dark Cocoa Candy Melts, according to directions
on package. With S'mores Snap on cooling rack, pour melted candy over cookie.
Tap gently to remove excess melted candy. Let set. Using melted Yellow Candy Melts®,
pipe numerals and stripes on the S'mores Snap Cookie.
