Instructions:
Step 1
Ice sides and lower 1/3 of cake top smooth with blue buttercream icing.
Step 2
Ice smooth 2 x 1 1/4 in. window areas and wheel wells with spatula.
Step 3
Outline bus and windows with tip 3. Cover bus with tip 16 stars.
Step 4
Pipe in tip 8 headlights, front bumper and heads. Pipe tip 3 dot and string facial features; add tip 2 hair and clothes.
Step 5
Pipe tip 3 driver's hat and door handle. Add tip 21 swirl tires with tip 8 dot centers.
Step 6
Print tip 3 message. Add tip 13 pull-out grass bottom border.
