Pipe in tip 8 headlights, front bumper and heads. Pipe tip 3 dot and string facial features; add tip 2 hair and clothes.
Pipe tip 3 driver's hat and door handle. Add tip 21 swirl tires with tip 8 dot centers.
Print tip 3 message. Add tip 13 pull-out grass bottom border.
