Our Enchanted Castle cake has been taken over by a host of Halloween characters. Ghosts, pumpkins, spiders and bats, all ready-made icing decorations, seem to be everywhere!

Instructions:

Step 1

Ice sides, door and background areas smooth.

Step 2

Outline castle with Tip 5.

Step 3

Fill in with Tip 16 horizontally-piped shells. Pipe in windows with Tip 5.

Step 4

For rooftops, spatula stripe a bag with violet icing color and fill with dark gray icing; pipe Tip 10 balls on each rooftop.

Step 5

Print Tip 3 message in doorway. Add Tip 10 ball bottom border. Position icing decorations.
