Bake and cool two-layer 6 in., 8 in. and 12 in. cakes. Position on silver and cake board.
Prepare for stacked construction. Ice smooth with burgundy buttercream. Use tip 4 and buttercream to pipe bead bottom border on all three tiers.
Using punch with Swirl Cutting Insert, cut approximately 120 swirls (30 each for top and middle tiers and 60 for bottom tier) from Black Sugar Sheets! Twist slightly to create tendrils and let set on cake board for a few minutes.
Using punch with Flower Cutting Insert, cut 30 flowers (6 for top tier, 9 for middle tier and 15 for top tier) from Black Sugar Sheets!
Using punch with Leaf Cutting Insert, cut 19 leaves (5 for top tier, 4 for middle tier, 10 for bottom tier) from Black Sugar Sheets! Attach flowers, leaves and tendrils to cake using piping gel. Using tip 2 and burgundy buttercream, pipe dot flower centers.
