*Brand confectionery coating
Tint dough yellow, roll out and cut cookies. Thin a small amount of dough with water and pipe fins in cut bag. Score lines with knife and position
chocolate chip eye. Bake and cool.
Attach ribbon to cookie back and wrapped around dowel rod with melted candy. Attach jelly disc and tube candy for reel.
