Red, White & Blue Star Pop Cookies
Each cookie pop serves 1.
Prepare and roll out dough. Cut cookies using smallest round and smallest scalloped round from cutter set. Bake and cool. Ice smooth with buttercream icing.
Using punch and Sunburst Cutting Insert, cut sunbursts from Bright Blue and Red Sugar Sheets! Attach to half the cookies with Piping Gel.
Using punch and Medium Circle Cutting Insert, cut circles from Sugar Sheets! colors. Attach to the remaining cookies with Piping Gel.
Using Rotary Cutter, cut 5 swirls, 7/8 in. long x 1/8 in. wide (at it's widest point), per cookie from Sugar Sheets! colors. Attach swirls to same colored cookies with piping gel.
Using punch and Medium Star Cutting Insert, cut stars from White Sugar Sheets! Brush with piping gel and sprinkle with Cake Sparkles. Attach to the center of cookie with piping gel.
Attach cookie to cookie treat stick using melted candy. Refrigerate until firm.
