Red Door Retreat Gingerbread House Cookie

Step 1

Prepare and roll out cookie dough. Cut with Gingerbread House Cutter. Bake and cool cookies.

Step 2

Prepare Color Flow Icing Mix. Place cookie on cooling grid positioned over cookie sheet and cover with thinned down white color flow icing; let set. Use tip 3 and full-strength red color flow icing to outline sides of house, sides of chimney, windows and door; let set. Use tip 3 and full-strength red color flow icing to fill in front door and outline window on door. Also use tip 3 and full-strength red color flow icing to pipe zigzag shutters and zigzags on top of chimney. Use tip 3 and full-strength yellow icing to pipe in windowpanes and window on door; let set. Use tip 16 and full-strength green color flow icing to pipe zigzags on eaves. Use tip 3 and full-strength green color flow icing to pipe zigzag holly over doorway, and nonpareil "berries" and let set. Use tip 3 and full-strength green color flow icing to pipe pull out leaves on tree in window; pipe tip 3 full-strength yellow color flow star on top of tree and trim with nonpareils; let set. Use tip 3 and full-strength color flow icing to pipe bushes around base. Use tip 3 and full-strength color flow icing to pipe front step.
