Instructions:
Step 1
Using candy colors, tint portions of melted white candy yellow, red and blue; reserve some white.
Step 2
Mold face lollipops using
painting method mold white cordial cup hats.
Step 3
For hat brim, trace a 1 1/2 in. diameter circle on paper; cover pattern with waxed paper.
Step 4
Outline and pipe-in circle with white candy in cut bag; let set. Attach hat to brim with melted candy.
Step 5
Pipe stripes and hat band with melted candy in cut bag; let set. Attach hat to head with melted candy.
Step 6
Tie ribbon to stick.
