In advance, using royal icing, make 15 tip 103 and 10 tip 102 roses with tip 7 bases; make 17 tip 102 rosebuds. Pipe a 1 1/4 in. diameter circle of white royal icing for boy topper base; pat smooth and let dry.
Ice 2-layer cakes smooth in buttercream and prepare for stacked construction. Pipe tip 18 shell bottom borders. Position roses and buds; add tip 352 leaves. Attach boy topper to base with royal icing; position toppers.
