Outline petals. Melt light cocoa Candy Melts Candy according to package directions. Use melted light cocoa candy and writing tip from set to outline oval petals, 1/2 in. wide x 1 in. long, on parchment sheet-covered cake board. You will need five petals per treat. Chill until firm, about 5 to 10 minutes.
Fill in petals. Melt white Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Use pink from garden candy color set to tint white candy. Use melted pink candy in cut candy decorating bag to fill in petals. Chill until firm, about 5 to 10 minutes.
Bake and cool cupcakes. Prepare batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool cupcakes.
Decorate cupcakes. Prepare buttercream icing following recipe directions. Use spatula and icing to ice tops of cupcakes smooth. Carefully remove petals from parchment. Insert five petals in cupcake to form flower pattern. Position candy-coated chocolate in center.
