*Note: Combine Royal Blue with a little Sky Blue for rainbow blue shown.
Step 1
Bake cupcakes in Care Bears™ Standard Baking Cups and cool completely on Cooling Grid.
Step 2
Prepare Buttercream Icing recipe. Reserve some white. Tint remaining icing with small amounts of Lemon Yellow, Rose, Royal Blue, Sky Blue and Teal Icing Colors
Step 3
Ice cupcakes smooth with blue. Pipe tip 3 lines in a rainbow pattern beginning at outer edge of cupcake and moving inward. Position icing decoration. Pipe tip 8 ball clouds, sprinkle with Cake Sparkles.
