Cookie pops on sticks and melted Candy Melts create a smiling’ St. Patrick’s Day treat. Top his hat with a Shamrock Icing Decoration.

Bake and cool cookies on sticks. Tint portions of melted candy skin tone (add a small amount of pink to white), orange, black, red, light and dark green. Cover cookies with melted candy; let set. Pipe facial features, hat and swirl-motion hair using melted candy in cut decorating bag. Attach shamrock icing decoration with melted candy; place in party bag.
