Instructions:

Step 1

Pour melted yellow candy 1/4 in. thick in round cookie treat pan. Freeze to set; unmold.

Step 2

Use melted candy in cut disposable bag to print message on candy pop. Attach stick to back with melted yellow candy. Attach icing decoration and marshmallow ghost with melted candy.
