Instructions:
Step 1
Bake and cool cupcake.
Step 2
Use tip 16 to cover cupcake with green pullout stars.
Step 3
Dip pretzel stick in melted white candy and attach pick.
Step 4
Use melted candy in cut parchment bag to pipe hand; let set.
Step 5
Insert pick in cupcake.
