Instructions:
Step 1
Bake and cool cupcakes.
Step 2
Ice smooth with green icing.
Step 3
Use tips 3 and 7 and green icing to pipe alternating size bubbles on cupcakes.
Step 4
Dip brush in sparkle gel and brush bubbles.
