Step 1

Make 28 hearts in advance by melting White Candy Melts and filling Hearts Candy Mold; refrigerate. Once firm, unmold hearts. Fill Disposable Decorating Bag with melted White Candy Melts and pipe dots and scroll design on heart; return to refrigerator to set.

Step 2

Bake cupcakes in both Standard and Mini Muffin Pans without baking cups. Invert cupcakes and cool completely on 10 x 16 in. Nickel-Plated Cooling Grid.

Step 3

Place grid on drip pan and cover outside surface of cakes with melted Candy Melts; refrigerate until firm.

Step 4

Attach mini muffin size cupcake on top of standard size cupcake with melted Candy Melts. To decorate, place cakes on waxed paper. Fill Parchment Triangle with melted Candy Melts and pipe zigzag garlands and bead bottom borders on cakes.

Step 5

Attach hearts to top of cake with melted Candy Melts. Place cake on a flattened Standard Baking Cup with small dots of melted Candy Melts.
