Prepare and roll out cookie dough. Cut cookies using pennant cutter from set. Bake and cool cookies. Using disposable decorating bag fitted with tip 7, pipe buttercream on top of cookie. Ice smooth with spatula. /p>
Using pennant cookie cutter as guide and Rotary Cutter, cut triangle shapes and 1/4 in. x 3/4 in. strips from red, bright yellow and bright blue Sugar Sheets!
With black FoodWriter, write messages on triangle pennant cutouts. Attach triangles and ties to iced cookie with piping gel.
For pompom, use Rotary Cutter to cut 1 1/2 in. x 1 in. strips from Sugar Sheets! Make slits with Rotary Cutter along length of strip and roll into a bundle. Attach to cookie with piping gel and fluff out pompom.
Attach cookie to sticks with melted candy. Chill until firm.
