Instructions:
Step 1
Cut, bake and cool football cookies. Outline pennant and post using tip 2 and full strength color flow Icing.
Step 2
Thin portions of color flow icing and flow in cookie with red and white. Let dry for 2-3 hours before further decorating.
Step 3
Using royal icing and tip 2, pipe message on pennant. Let dry.
