Instructions:
Step 1
Bake and cool cupcakes. Ice smooth with buttercream.
Step 2
Using Slide-N-Cut™ Edge Cutter, cut five strips, 1/4 in. wide, from red Sugar Sheet! Trim to fit cupcake. Attach strips to cupcake, 1/4 in. apart, with piping gel.
Step 3
Using punch with Large Star Insert, cut star from bright blue Sugar Sheets! Attach to cupcake using piping gel.
