On hot graduation days, it’s a pleasure to serve this creamy gelatin made with our Smiley Grad Pan!
Ingredients:
- Easy-Add Golden Yellow Icing Color Add to shopping list Golden Yellow Icing Color
- Easy-Add Black Icing Color Add to shopping list Black Icing Color
- Easy-Add Royal Blue Icing Color Add to shopping list Royal Blue Icing Color

- Non-stick vegetable pan spray

Instructions:
Step 1
A day in advance: Prepare gelatin. Spray grad pan, fill with Creamy Gelatin. Chill overnight.
Step 2
Unmold grad gelatin onto serving plate. Trim off background area at bottom of cap.
Step 3
Prepare whipped icing and tint 2 cups blue and 1/2 cup each black and yellow.
Step 4
Pipe tip 18 stars on cap; add tip 5 string tassel, dot button and knot.
Step 5
Pipe in tip 6 eyes and mouth.
