Step 1

In advance: Make candy cane candies. For skin tone shown, tint a small portion of melted white candy with melted orange candy. Mold candies on candy canes using painting or piping method . Chill until firm. To make base, place round cutter on jelly roll pan and fill 1/4 in. deep with melted cocoa candy. Chill until firm.

Step 2

Prepare cereal treats mixture and press while still warm into muffin pan cavities to shape; immediately unmold. Make hole in top with end of candy cane. Cover treats with melted candy ; chill until firm. Attach treats to bases and confetti to treats with melted candy. Insert candy canes. Print names on card stock with marker; attach to candy cane with melted candy.
