Makes: Cake serves 12.

Ice cake sides and background areas smooth. Ice inside of wheels and
background of engine smooth. Pipe-in tip 5 hubcap centers. Outline
and pipe-in tip 5 headlights, shocks, oil tank, transmission, wheel
spokes, cylinders and cylinder cover. Use tip 12 to pipe-in handle
bars and chrome exhaust trim. Use tip 5 go outline and pipe-in fenders
and gas tank. Pipe-in seat and handle bar grips with tip 7. Pipe-in
wheels and handle bar trip with tip 12.
Trace baby and teddy bear outlines on cake with toothpick. Cut out
head circle from cardboard and cover with foil. Attach lollipop stick
to back of head with icing and insert into cake. Outline and pipe-in
head with tip 12 (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Pipe tip
12 left arm. Add tip 12 body and leg. Pipe tip 12 right arm and hand
holding handlebar. Pipe-in diaper area with tip 6 (smooth with finger
dipped in cornstarch). Pipe tip 2 string eyes and mouth; tip 3 dot
nose. Add tip 104 ruffle bonnet.
Use construction paper to cut pennant. Write message on pennant with
market and glue to lollipop stick; insert in cake. Pipe teddy bear
body and head with tip 12; add tip 6 ears and paws. Using thinned
icing, overpipe bear with tip 1 pull out fur., Pipe tip 1 dot and
string facial features on bear.
Add tip 12 zigzag puff bottom border.
