Instructions:

Step 1

Bake and cool cupcakes. Ice cupcakes smooth with sky blue buttercream.

Step 2

Using punch with Large Circle Cutting Insert, cut circle from Bright Yellow Sugar Sheets! Move circle 1 in. over to the left and cut again to form a crescent moon.

Step 3

For hat, use Rotary Cutter to cut a piece from Light Pink Sugar Sheets! to fit over the top inch of the moon. Draw dots with pink FoodWriter.

Step 4

For pompom, use the narrow end of tip 12 to cut a circle from Light Pink Sugar Sheets! Cut a starburst shape with craft knife. Attach to the top of the hat using piping gel. Attach the hat to the moon using piping gel.
