instructions
Roll out neon and white fondant 1/8 in. thick, cut face circles using largest round Cut-Out™ and eye circles using smallest round Cut-Out™.
Each 4 oz. pack of neon fondant will make approximately 10 face circles.
Let all circles dry on
cornstarch-dusted surface.
Attach eyes to faces with brushstrokes of water; draw pupils and mouth with black FoodWriter™.
Pipe tip 1M swirl on cupcake tops.
Spray swirls with ColorMist™ and sprinkle with confetti sprinkles. Position
fondant faces.
