Here’s looking’ at you, kids! Neon Noggins cupcakes let you create a variety of happy faces using neon colored fondant and FoodWriters™. Ice your cupcakes with a quick tip 1M swirl, add a spray of Color Mist™ and you’re done!

Instructions:

Step 1

Roll out neon and white fondant 1/8 in. thick, cut face circles using largest round Cut-Out™ and eye circles using smallest round Cut-Out™.

Step 2

Each 4 oz. pack of neon fondant will make approximately 10 face circles.

Step 3

Let all circles dry on cornstarch-dusted surface.

Step 4

Attach eyes to faces with brushstrokes of water; draw pupils and mouth with black FoodWriter™.

Step 5

Pipe tip 1M swirl on cupcake tops.

Step 6

Spray swirls with ColorMist™ and sprinkle with confetti sprinkles. Position fondant faces.
