Life just got a whole lot easier! Mold a favorite cereal treat recipe in a Mini Star Pan and an 8 x 2 in. Square Pan (cut into rectangles for flags). Add patriotic panache with Red, White, and Blue Ready-to-Decorate Icings.

Ingredients:

  • Red Ready-To-Decorate Icing
  • White Ready-To-Decorate Icing
  • Blue Ready-To-Decorate Icing
  • Favorite crisped rice cereal treat recipe (2 needed)

Step 1

For rectangle flags, mold 1 recipe of rice treats in square pan. Unmold immediately and cut into 4 x 2 in. rectangles. For stars, mold a second rice treats recipe in pan cavities; unmold immediately. For all, pipe blue icing with large round tip in upper left corner of treat; smooth. Using star tip, pipe alternating red and white stripes. Using small round tip, pipe dot "stars".
