- Blue Ready-To-Decorate Icing
- Favorite crisped rice cereal treat recipe (2 needed)
Makes: Each cereal treat serves 1.
instructions
For rectangle flags, mold 1 recipe of rice treats in square pan. Unmold immediately and cut into 4 x 2 in. rectangles. For stars, mold a second rice treats recipe in pan cavities; unmold immediately. For all, pipe blue icing with large round tip in upper left corner of treat; smooth. Using star tip, pipe alternating red and white stripes. Using small round tip, pipe dot “stars”.
