Mum's the Word Mini Cake
Single-serve pumpkin mini cakes get all wrapped up in icing! This Halloween treat knows Mum’s the Word when kids ask what’s inside… it could be a mini cake, cookie or crisped rice cereal treat!
Ingredients:
- Easy-Add Black Icing Color Add to shopping list Black Icing Color
- Easy-Add Brown Icing Color Add to shopping list Brown Icing Color
- Easy-Add Red-Red Icing Color Add to shopping list Red-Red Icing Color
- Yellow gumballs
- cornstarch

Instructions:
Step 1
Bake and cool cake. Build up cake with icing to make a completely smooth circle. Ice cake smooth.
Step 2
Use smooth side of tip 46 to pipe random layered "bandage" lines on cake. Position gumballs for eyes.
Step 3
Pipe tip 3 pupils (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch).
