- Scissors
- Waxed paper

Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare icing following instructions.
Step 2
Place one vanilla cookie face down and ice top with green icing as thick as stick.
Step 3
Position stick.
Step 4
Position second vanilla cookie on top.
Step 5
Ice cookie smooth with spatula in black icing.
Step 6
Decorate icing lines for wrapping with white icing.
Step 7
Attach eyeball icing decorations for eyes with dots of black icing.
