Bake and cool cookies.
Step 2
Use tip 3 to outline and pipe in moon and windows with orange icing (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Use tip 3 and black icing to outline and fill in mansion (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Use tip 2 and black icing to pipe zigzag roof and zigzag awning. Use tip 2 and black icing to pipe horizontal lines on mansions. Let dry.
