Instructions:

Step 1

Position cookie cutter in cookie pan and pour melted light cocoa candy 1/4 in. thick. Refrigerate to set.

Step 2

Attach skull icing decoration to pop with melted candy.

Step 3

With melted candy in cut disposable decorating bag, pipe white arms and hands, orange name and green curving lines; let set.

Step 4

Attach stick to back with melted light cocoa candy.
