Molded Strawberry Grad Gelatin

What a refreshing treat for the grad! Just fill the Graduate Pan with strawberry gelatin, let chill 1 1/2 hours. Stir coarsely chopped strawberries and whisked whipped topping and let set. Outline with softened cream cheese and garnish with strawberries and blueberry eyes.

Ingredients

  • 2 (6 oz.) pkgs strawberry gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup strawberries coarsely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping thawed

Gelatin serves 12.

Instructions:

Step 1

Prepare gelatin according to package directions. Stir in lemon juice. Pour 2 cups into pan; chill 1 1/2 hours or until nearly set.

Step 2

Stir strawberries into remaining gelatin and hold at room temperature. Whisk whipped topping into remaining gelatin and pour on chilled gelatin.

Step 3

Chill additional 2 1/2-3 hours or until set. Unmold by running small spatula around edge of pan and fill sink with about 1 inch of warm water.

Step 4

Dip bottom of pan into water for 15 seconds.

Step 5

To decorate: Using Tip 4 and softened cream cheese, outline graduate. Pipe ball and string tassel, print message. Use blueberries for eyes and nose.
