Instructions:
Step 1
Bake cakes in silicone mold supported on cookie sheet. Cool and unmold.
Step 2
Position cakes on cooling grid place over waxed-paper-lined cookie sheet. Pour rose-tinted icing on cake; let set.
Step 3
Use red-tinted icing and tips 2 and 3 to pipe dots, swirls, cornelli lace, sotas, outlines and pipe-in areas. Use tip 14 to pipe shells.
