Step 1
Prepare and roll out cookie dough. Cut with mitten cookie cutter. Bake and cool.
Step 2
Use tip 3 and full-strength Moss Green/Leaf Green Combination color flow icing to outline cookie; let set. Use tip 3 and thinned down Moss Green/Leaf Green combination color flow icing to fill in cookie; let dry. Use tip 3 and full-strength white color flow icing to pipe lines, stars, dots and zigzag cuffs on mitten.
