instructions
Bake and cool cake. Trim off right ear and part of left ear.
Ice sides and background areas smooth.
Outline body, clothing, hat, facial features,
shoes and drill with Tip 3.
Pipe-in whites of eyes and drill with Tip 7; pipe in mouth
and bottom of right shoe with Tip 3 (smooth all with finger dipped in cornstarch).
Cover hat, face, body, clothes and left shoe with Tip 16 stars. Overpipe nose with Tip 16 stars.
Pipe Tip 3 dot pupils and button on hat. Pipe Tip 13 rosette hair.
Insert lollipop stick in cake for drill bit and cover with Tip 13 swirls.
Pipe Tip 21 star bottom border.
