Mellow Mousse
Impress friends with an easily assembled Sunflower Pan centerpiece. Yellow-tinted cream cheese mousse forms the petals, while piped icing fashions the flower center.

Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare Icing
We suggest that you tint all icings at one time while cake cools. Refrigerate tinted icings in covered containers until ready to use.
Prepare Wilton Vanilla Whipped Icing Mix.
Tint Brown/Red-Red combination
Step 2
Decorate in Order
Prepare white cream cheese mousse recipe; tint mixture with Lemon Yellow Icing color. Mold in pan following recipe directions.
Step 3
Unmold onto foil-covered cake board or serving tray.
Step 4
Use tip 21 and brown/red icing to fill in flower center with stars.
